Dynamics 365 2020 Release Wave 2- Email Attachment Enhancements (Part 1)

Let us walk-through the changes introduced with Dynamics 365 2020 Release Wave 2 for email attachments.

Prior to 2020 Release Wave 2, we had only "Delete" option available for Email Attachments.

With Dynamics 365 Release 2020 Wave 2, we have following actions available

1. Preview (New)
2. Download (New)
3. Delete

When we click on “Preview” for image attachment, we can preview as below –

When we click on “Preview” for any PDF attachment, we see “No preview available” message as below–

For other attachment type like word or text file, preview option is not available.
